What's cooking: Gluten-Free Asian Dumplings with assorted sauces
This will be a hands on class for 10 people.
You will be preparing two dumplings - sweet potato and pork - with three sauces: chili oil, traditional dumpling sauce, and peanut kimchi sauce. Each person will make about 20 dumplings. Instruction will span 2 hours, with 1 hour for eating and Q&A. Participants will take home their remaining dumplings.

Chef Mara King, originally from Hong Kong, was born in to family with a generous and joyful approach to food. Her Grandfather's Noodle factory, founded in 1941 is still operating today. She worked as a professional chef for 20 years in the challenging and detailed worlds of sushi and Italian fine dining. She brings an insatiable curiosity to the table and is committed to sharing her excitement for food with as many people as she can. Her position as co-founder and COO of Ozuké, marries her love of science, experimentation, flavor and the power of the invisible.
